No. Photos are completely optional. If you only have listing photos, we'll use those for a condition assessment. If you can access the property and shoot the specific photos on our checklist, we'll add a full pre-inspection section to your report.
What areas do you cover?

Where does the market data come from?
All comp data is pulled by a our team with comprehensive market data access. Not public estimates, not automated AVMs.
Is this a replacement for a home inspection?
No. The photo pre-inspection flags what a licensed inspector is likely to find — it doesn't replace their work. Think of it as a pre-inspection that helps you decide whether to proceed, what to budget for, and what to tell your inspector to focus on.
