Refund policy

TrueOffer delivers digital property intelligence reports prepared by a licensed BC realtor. Due to the nature of this service, all sales are final once the report has been delivered.

If we are unable to pull sufficient MLS comparable sales data for your property, or if your property falls outside our coverage area, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at hello@trueoffer.ca within 48 hours of purchase to request a refund under these circumstances.

If you have not yet submitted your property details via our intake form, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
